Testimonio and Storytelling: Canadian extractivism in territories affected by genocide was an online event organized by KAIROS and Atlantic Regional Solidarity Network. The event was and co-sponsored by the Global Social Justice Project at Cape Breton University, NB Media Coop, Solidarité Fredericton, Atlantic Human Rights Centre, MiningWatch Canada, Department of Human Rights at St. Thomas University, and Maritimes-Guatemala Breaking the Silence Solidarity Network.
Speakers included Isabel Solis, Aniseto Lopez, Sherry Pictou, and Catherine Nolin as well as the moderator, Joan Baxter.
