Today was another short day, with only two witnesses. Both are from the forensics department of the Guatemalan National Civil Police and testified on the comparison of the fingerprints of Gabriel Cuxum Alvarado, who was using an assumed name to hide from authorities. Both confirmed that Manuel Ramirez Paz is actually Gabriel Cuxum Alvarado.

The next two hours were spent in silence with the prosecution and defence reviewing the documents admitted into evidence.

Tomorrow, two protected witnesses and two police officers have been called to testify. Following their testimony, conclusions are set to begin, which appears to signal that the defence will present no evidence in support of their clients.
