We are so excited to bring you a review of 2021 which reflects the work of the Maritimes-Guatemala Breaking the Silence Network– from our partners, staff, and volunteer committees in the Maritimes. Despite entering the second year of the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have been busier than ever.
This report includes a review of the Guatemalan context, updates from all of our partners, reports from local Maritimes committees and news about key activities that occurred throughout the year like the Bluenose Marathon Fundraiser, the Topacio Pacheco Award celebration, the publishing of In the Arms of Inup, and what we have been up to with our various coalitions.
